On May 3, Eleonore Pameijer, Carine Alders
and Dr. Albert van der Schoot will give a lecture
at Spui25, part of the University of Amsterdam.
They will speak about ‘Music, Persecution and Resistance’.
Eleonore will perform the Aubade for Flute solo
by Dutch composer Marius Flothuis.
This piece was written in Concentration Camp Vught and premiered
at the camp by flutist Everhard van Royen on April 14, 1944.
